PUBLICATION FEE

IN ORDER TO LAUNCH AND MAINTAIN JPL AS AN OPEN ACCESS JOURNAL, EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRODUCTION OF THE JOURNAL ARE OFFSET BY CHARGING A SMALL PUBLICATION FEE OF USD $50 TO AUTHORS, INSTITUTIONS OR FUNDERS FOR EACH ARTICLE PUBLISHED.

An author’s ability to pay the publication fee will never be a consideration in the decision of whether to publish an article. Fees are charged per article and and are billed once the final version of the article has been cleared for publication. There are no additional charges based on color, length, figures, or other elements of your article. Payment must be made to the account below, and a scanned copy of the payment slip must be emailed to submissions@jpl.mzumbe.ac.tz before an article will be published.
